Terms of Service

The following terms & conditions are the basis of your contract with Sailandstories.com, registered in Greece, with VAT number: 996715111 and are based at Agios Nikolaos, Post Code. 29091, Zakynthos, Greece.

Please take time to read the terms and conditions, as, upon booking, we assume that you have agreed to the terms and conditions as detailed by Sailandstories.com

RESERVATIONS

• We are sailing from April until the end of October.

• You may cancel free of charge until 15 days before the trip.

• You are kindly requested to arrive 15 minutes before the embarkation.

• If we cancel your trip for any reason, you will get a full refund. 

For cancellations between:

• 14 & 10 days before embarkation, 30% of the total charter fee is required.
• 9 & 4 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee is required.
• last 3 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee is required.

ACTIVITIES

 
All activities and additional services are subject to availability and the following regulations.
If we cancel your trip, activities or services for any reason, you will get a full refund.

• For breakfast and lunch, the client needs to notify our team at least 5 days in advance and choose their meals from our menu. Please advise us of any special diet or allergies.
• Alcohol is forbidden on board for people under 18 years old.
• For yoga and massage services, the client needs to notify our team at least 5 days in advance. If the client cancels those activities, 3 days before departure, no refund will be possible.
• For birthdays, wedding proposals and honeymoon services, the client need to notify our team at least 5 days in advance.
• For a photoshoot, the client needs to notify our team at least 5 days in advance. The client needs to organise and come with his own professional photographer, and florist. We will be happy to give you some addresses in Zakynthos if you request them.
